ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ವೆಂಕಟರಮಣೇಗೌಡ (ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಚಂದ್ರು) ಅವರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಜಾಧ್ವನಿ-2 ಜನ ಸಮಾವೇಶವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ಕೆ.ಆರ್.ಪೇಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಾಯಕರು ಒಮ್ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ, ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಗೆಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮತಗಳು ಬೀಳುವುದು ಖಚಿತ ಎಂದರು.
ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನು?

ಪ್ರತಾಪ್ ಸಿಂಹ, ಸದಾನಂದಗೌಡರಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಯಾರು ದೇವೇಗೌಡರೇ? ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅನ್ಯಾಯ ಆಗಿರುವುದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ, ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ನಿಂದಲೇ ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

ಕೆ.ಆರ್.ಪೇಟೆ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅವರು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸಜ್ಜನರೂ, ಜನಪರ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಇದ್ದವರೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದರು. ಇವರನ್ನು ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವ ಇಚ್ಚೆ ನಮಗೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಇತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ, ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮಾಡಲು ದೇವೇಗೌಡರು ಒಪ್ಪಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆಗ ಸ್ಪೀಕರ್ ಆಗಲು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆ.ಆರ್.ಪೇಟೆ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅವರ ನಡುವಿನ ಒಡನಾಟವನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿದರು.

ಕೇವಲ ಜನರನ್ನು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಕೆರಳಿಸಿ ವಂಚಿಸುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರು ನಿಸ್ಸೀಮರು. ಮೋದಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನೆನಪಾಗುವುದೇ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಬಂದಾಗ. ಬರಗಾಲ ಬಂದಾಗಲೂ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕಡೆ ತಲೆ ಹಾಕಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರವಾಹ ಬಂದಾಗ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕಡೆ ತಿರುಗಿಯೂ ನೋಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಬಂತು ನೋಡಿ ಮೋದಿ ಓಡೋಡಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ವ್ಯಂಗ್ಯವಾಡಿದರು.
ಮೋದಿಯವರನ್ನು ವಾಚಾಮಗೋಚರವಾಗಿ ಟೀಕಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ದೇವೇಗೌಡರು ಈಗ ಮೋದಿಗೂ ತಮಗೂ ಅವಿನಾಭಾವ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಇದೆ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರಿಬ್ಬರ ನಡುವಿನ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಅಷ್ಟು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಮೋದಿಯವರಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಿರುವ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ದೇವೇಗೌಡರು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಲಿ ನೋಡೋಣ. ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ಕೊಡಿಸಲಿ ನೋಡೋಣ ಎಂದು ಸವಾಲು ಹಾಕಿದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಿಂದ ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಬರಗಾಲದ ಹಣ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದು ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪಾಲು. ನಮ್ಮ ಪಾಲನ್ನು ಕೊಡದೆ ಸತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮೋದಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿ ಈ ಹಣ ಕೊಡಿಸಲಿ ಎಂದು ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಸವಾಲು ಹಾಕಿದರು.
ಇದ್ಯಾವುದನ್ನೂ ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದಾದರೆ ಅದು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನತೆಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ದ್ರೋಹವಲ್ಲವೇ ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು.
