ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಮೇ,13,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ಸೋಂಕಿಗೆ ತುತ್ತಾದವರು ಹೋಮ್‌ ಐಸೋಲೇಷನ್‌ ಆದ ಒಂದು ಗಂಟೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಅವರ ಮನೆಗೆ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್‌ ಕಿಟ್ ತಲುಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಡೆ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಾ.ಸಿ.ಎನ್.ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುವಾರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಭೆ ಬಳಿಕ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಜತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್, “ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಿಟ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಇದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ 5 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್‌ ಕಿಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಸರಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ. ಅಗತ್ಯಬಿದ್ದರೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಕಿಟ್ ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು” ಎಂದರು.
ಮನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕ್ವಾರಂಟೈನ್‌ ಅಗಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ತೊಂದರೆ ಆಗದಂತೆ ಎಚ್ಚರ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್‌ ಕಿಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ರೋಗ & ಸೋಂಕು ನಿರೋಧಕ ಔಷಧಗಳು, ವೈರಸ್‌ ನಿರೋಧಕ, ವಿಟಮಿನ್‌ ಟ್ಯಾಬ್ಲೆಟ್‌ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ರೋಗ ಉಲ್ಬಣವಾಗುವುದನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಔಷಧಗಳೂ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ, ಸೋಂಕಿತರಿಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ʼಕಾಲ್ಟಿಸಿನ್‌ʼ ಮಾತ್ರೆಯೂ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. 10 ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುವಷ್ಟು ಔಷಧಿ ಕಿಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ ಟೆಲಿ ಕನ್ಸಲ್‌ಟೆನ್ಸಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವೂ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಮೇ 15ರಿಂದ ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ
ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದೆಲ್ಲಡೆ ಈ ಕಿಟ್ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ತಲುಪಿಸುವುದು ಕೊಂಚ ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಅದನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮೇ 15ರಿಂದ ಪಾಸಿಟೀವ್‌ ಬಂದು ಹೋಮ್‌ ಐಸೋಲೇಷನ್‌ ಆದವರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಗಂಟೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಕಿಟ್ ತಲುಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಪ್ರತಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ, ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ & ಸಮುದಾಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇವು 24/7 ಲಭ್ಯ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದು ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜನರು ಅಸಡ್ಡೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ರೋಗ ಲಕ್ಷಣ ಕಂಡು ಬಂದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಪಾಸಿಟೀವ್‌ ಬಂದರೆ ಕ್ಷಣ ಮಾತ್ರವೂ ತಡ ಮಾಡದೇ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ತಡವಾಗಿ, ಸೋಂಕು ಎರಡನೇ ಹಂತಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರೆ ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್‌ ಸ್ಯಾಚುರೇಷನ್‌ ಕಮ್ಮಿಯಾಗುವುದು, ಉಸಿರಾಟದ ತೊಂದರೆ ಆಗುವುದು ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಗಂಭೀರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಎದುರಾಗುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಸೋಂಕಿನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸರಕಾರ ಯುದ್ಧೋಪಾದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಕಷ್ಟಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಗಲು ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ವೃಥಾ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಡಾ.ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ್ ದೂರಿದರು.
ಲಸಿಕೆ ಬಂದ ಹೊಸದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಶೋಧಕರು ಅವಿಶ್ರಾಂತವಾಗಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿ ಕಂಡು ಹಿಡಿದ ಲಸಿಕೆಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧವೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ನಾಯಕರು ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಈಗ ನೋಡಿದರೆ, ಲಸಿಕೆ ಜಪ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೇವಲ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟವನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದರು.

Bengaluru: In order to provide medical isolation kits to the home isolated, 5 lakh kits will be procured, and measures will be taken to make reach these kits reach the doorstep of the infected within 1 hour of getting the result, Deputy Chief Minister and State COVID task force head Dr. C.N.Ashwatha Narayana, said on Thursday.
Speaking to the reporters, he told that authorities had been directed to ensure the systematic delivery of home isolation medical kits starting from May 15.
In most cases by the time the results arrive, the pandemic will be in the inflammation stage. So, at this what is mainly needed is anti-inflammatory treatment. Hence this medical kit will mainly have anti-biotics, anti-virals, vitamin tablets that are prescribed for anti inflammation. In addition, this will also have steroid tablets which could be used in the later stage if the symptoms are not mitigated, he explained.
Those who have COVID symptoms need not wait to start taking the anti-inflammatory medicines till the result arrives. It is advisable to begin taking the anti-inflammatory drugs as soon as the symptoms are seen, he opined.
People who have a cough, cold, vomiting, diarrhea should not be misled by taking them lightly and decide it as a common health problem. In this changed situation, most of these cases are turning out to be COVID positive. So, people should be alert and mentally prepared to fight the pandemic with the help of anti-inflammatory medicines, Narayana suggested.
The allocation of oxygen made for the state is sufficient for the existing number of oxygenated beds. But, when the number of beds is going to be increased we will be in need of additional oxygen. To meet this possible higher demand, actions will be taken to procure oxygen, he told.
Opposition parties should not indulge in blame games and make false accusations against the Prime Minister with regard to COVID management. India has handled it far better than even the developed countries like the USA, Narayana justified.
