ಮಂಗಳೂರು, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್,1,2023(www.justkannada.in): ಉಡುಪಿ ಕಾಲೇಜೊಂದರ ಶೌಚಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಸುಮೋಟೋ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಎಫ್ ಐಆರ್ ಆಗಿದೆ. ತನಿಖೆಯನ್ನು ಡಿ ವೈಎಸ್ಪಿ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಎಸ್.ಐ.ಟಿಗೆ ವಹಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಉದ್ಬವವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಇಂದು ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ತನಿಖೆ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಶೌಚಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಯಾಮರಾ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತನಿಖೆಯಾಗಿ ವರದಿ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.
ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವರು ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಲಾಟಿಕೆ ಎಂದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾಟಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದಿದ್ದರೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತೆ ಎಂದರು. ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮಾಷೆ ಮಾಡಿರಬಹುದು ಎಂದಿರಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಎಫ್. ಐ.ಆರ್. ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಡಿವೈಎಸ್ಪಿ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಎಸ್.ಐ.ಟಿಗೆ ವಹಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಉದ್ಬವವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ
ಕರಾವಳಿ ಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಜುಲೈ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಡುಪಿ, ಮಂಗಳೂರು, ಕರಾವಳಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಳೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಹಾನಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಆಗಮಿಸಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ನೈತಿಕ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಗಿರಿ: ನಿರ್ದಾಕ್ಷಿಣ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮ
ನೈತಿಕ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಗಿರಿ ಯಾರೇ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಕೂಡ ನಿರ್ದಾಕ್ಷಿಣ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಯಾರೂ ಕಾನೂನನ್ನು ಕೈಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಸೌಜನ್ಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣ: ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ
ಸೌಜನ್ಯ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೊಲೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಸಿಬಿಐ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅವರ ಪೋಷಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರು ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮರುತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಏನು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದೆಂದು ವಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಲೋಪವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖವಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿ , ತೀರ್ಪು ಓದಿದ ನಂತರ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.

ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅಥವಾ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಅನಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಸುದ್ದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಬ್ಬಿಸಿದರೆ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಟೀಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಎಂಬ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದವರ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಟೀಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸುಳ್ಳು ಸುದ್ದಿ ಹಬ್ಬಿಸಿದರೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು. ಕುಟುಂಬದವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಸುದ್ದಿ ಹಬ್ಬಿಸುವುದು, ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕವಾಗಿ ತೇಜೋವಧೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಬೇರೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಪರಿಸರ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬೀಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ
ಕಸ್ತೂರಿ ರಂಗನ್ ವರದಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಪರಿಸರ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಯ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಿಂದೆಬೀಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಬಿಟ್ ಕಾಯಿನ್ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸ್.ಐ.ಟಿ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಇನ್ನೂ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ನೋಟೀಸ್ ಹೋಗದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಎಸ್.ಐ.ಟಿ ಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.

Udupi College Incident: No question of handing over to SIT: CM Siddaramaiah
Mangalore, August 01: An FIR has been registered by the police regarding the Udupi college video recording case. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that the investigation is being done by a DYSP level officer and there is no question of handing over the case to SIT.
He was speaking to the media in Mangalore today.
The members of the Central Commission for Women have visited and conducted investigation. They have said that there was no camera installed in the college toilet. Action will be taken after the investigation report is received, he said.
Responding to the remarks made by the Home Minister that the case was a minor issue between friends; he said that if it was so, a case would not have been registered. College students may have played a prank. But the case is registered and a F. I.R. has also been filed and submitted to the court. He said that there is no question of handing over the case to the SIT as a DySP level officer is conducting the investigation.
Progress Review
The facilities given to the coastal region have been mentioned in the budget. The Chief Minister said that in the month of July, Udupi, Mangalore and Coastal region received rains and said that he would be visiting some areas which are damaged due to rains. He informed that he will hold a review meeting.
Strict Action against Moral Policing:
The CM said that he has given instructions to the police to take strict action against those who indulge in moral policing. He said that no one can take the law into their hands.
Sowjanya Murder Case: Review on Appeal
Sowjanya rape and murder case has been settled in the CBI court. The parents and activists have demanded a reinvestigation of the case. The CM said that action can be taken within the purview of the law. As per the law, an appeal has to be filed in the high court. Replying to a reporter’s question there was a reference in the judgment citing negligence by the authorities; the CM said that he would decide after reading the judgment. If there was scope to file an appeal, they would file the appeal.
Action against those who spread fake news on social media
Strict action will be taken against those who unnecessarily spread false news against the government or any individual on social media. Answering the reporter’s question that the Government is taking action for just criticizing, he said that we will not take action against criticism, but if false news is spread, action will be taken. He said that spreading false news on family members is different from doing personal harm.
Government will not fall behind in protecting environment
Saying that the Central Government has to take a decision on the Kasturi Rangan report, the CM said that the government will not lag behind in the matter of environmental protection.
Bit Coin
Responding to a question on the SIT not issuing a notice to anyone regarding Bit coin, he said that SIT will take appropriate action.
