ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ನವೆಂಬರ್,6,2020(www.justkannada.in): ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋವು ಪವಿತ್ರ ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣನೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಗೋಹತ್ಯೆಯಿಂದ ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ಭಾವನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಗೋಹತ್ಯೆ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕಾನೂನು ಜಾರಿಯಾಗುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗಬೇಕಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.
ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಜತೆ ಇಂದು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್, “ಗೋವು ಒಂದು ಪವಿತ್ರವಾದ ಪ್ರಾಣಿ ಎಂದು ನಂಬುವ ದೇಶ ನಮ್ಮದು. ಗೋವನ್ನು ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಂತೆ ನಾವು ಗೌರವಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಗೋಹತ್ಯೆ ಹಿಂದೂಗಳ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾದ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಗೋಹತ್ಯೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡುವುದು ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ. ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋ ಹತ್ಯೆ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕ್ರಮ ಜಾರಿಯಾಗುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಡಿ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ವರದಿಯ ಶಿಫಾರಸಿನಂತೆ, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಪಟಾಕಿ ಸಿಡಿತ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರಳವಾಗಿ ಹಬ್ಬ ಆಚರಿಸಿ” ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಅವರು ಇಂದು ಆಯುಷ್ಮಾನ್ ಭಾರತ್-ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಯೋಜನೆ, ಇಂದ್ರಧನುಷ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಜಂಟಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್, ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಸೇವೆ ದೊರೆಯುವಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

Chief Minister B.S.Yediyurappa has taken a decision to ban crackers during this Deepavali based on the recommendation of Technical Advisory Committee of Health Department. Let us celebrate simple Deepavali this year, said Health Minister Dr.K.Sudhakar.
Speaking to media Minister said that the smoke due to burning crackers will have negative impact on people’s health, especially on those who hage recovered from Covid-19 infection. The technical advisory committee of Health Department had submitted report in this regard. CM has taken this decision based on the report.
We have to celebrate simple Deepavali this year and continue our tradition in a meaningful way by more lighting lamps, requested Minister.
Cow is considered very holy in our country. Cow slaughter hurts sentiments of Indian traditions and culture. There is a need to wide debate on banning cow slaughter, said minister.
Meetings
Earlier today Minister held a meeting with all Joint Directors of Health and Family Welfare Department in Vikasa Soudha to review the progress of various schemes and programmes including Ayushman Bharat – Arogya Karnataka, Mission Indradhanush Immunisation Programme, Pradhan Mantri Janaushadhi etc. Minister discussed on steps to be taken for effective implementation of schemes and usher efficiency and accountability in the system.
Later Minister chaired a meeting regarding 108 Ambulance Services in the state. Ambulance services play a vital role in saving lives of people during emergency times. I have directed the officials to ensure availability of ambulance services everywhere including in rural areas, Minister said.
