ಮೈಸೂರು,ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್,6,2021(www.justkannada.in): ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್ ರಂಗಪ್ಪ ರವರು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮುಖಂಡ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಮಾಜಿ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಗೋ ಮಧುಸೂಧನ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಖಾಸಗಿ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇದರ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಮೂರನೇ ಜೆ ಎಂಎಫ್ ಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಕೇಸ್ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ.
2020ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಸೈನ್ಸ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಮಾವೇಶದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರೋ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್ ರಂಗಪ್ಪ ಅವರು, ಗೋ. ಮಧುಸೂಧನ್ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಖಾಸಗಿ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಸುಳ್ಳು ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರೊ. ಕೆ.ಎಸ್ ರಂಗಪ್ಪ ದಾವೆ ಹೂಡಿದ್ದರು.

ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಮಾಜಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಗೋ.ಮಧುಸೂದನ್ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆ ಹೂಡಲು (PCR.55/2021) ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.
2020ರ ಜನವರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಸೈನ್ಸ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಮಾವೇಶದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷನಾಗಿದ್ದ ವೇಳೆ ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ನಾನು ವೇದಿಕೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಂತೆ ಸಂಚು ರೂಪಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಆರೋಪಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಗೋ.ಮಧುಸೂದನ್ ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು.
ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಾನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲದ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದೆ. ಇದೀಗ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಮಾಜಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಗೋ.ಮಧುಸೂದನ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಕೇಸು ದಾಖಲಿಸಲು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದು ಸತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂದ ಜಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

Court order to file criminal case against former MLC Go. Madhusudan
Mysuru, October 6, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Mysore Prof. K.S. Rangappa had registered a complaint in the court against former MLC, and BJP leader Go. Madhusudan. The third JMFC court of Mysuru has instructed to file a criminal against the BJP leader after conducting the trial.
When he was the Chairman of the Indian Science Congress held in 2020, Prof. K.S. Rangappa had registered a case in the court against the MLC, alleging the latter of making false charges. The Hon’ble court which conducted a trial has issued orders to file a criminal case against Go. Madhusudan under IPC Sec. 499, 500, 501 and issue summons.
Addressing a press meet today, Prof. K.S. Rangappa informed that the Hon’ble Court has issued orders to register a criminal case (PCR.55/2021) against former MLC Go. Madhusudan. “Go. Madhusudan had hatched a plot by making false charges against me and prevented me from sharing the dais with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during the Indian Science Congress conference held in Bengaluru in February 2020, when I was the Chairman of the Congress. I had appealed before the court regarding this. Now the court has issued orders asking to register a criminal case against the former MLC. I would like to mention that this is a victory for the truth,” he said.
