ವಿವಿಯ ಕುಲಸಚಿವ(ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾಂಗ)ರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ ಸಿಂಡಿಕೇಟ್ ರಚಿಸಿದ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಘಟಿಕೋತ್ಸವ ಉಡುಪಿನ ಮಾದರಿಯನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸಲು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
ಯುಜಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಖಾದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಮಗ್ಗ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಆಸಕ್ತರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮೈಸೂರು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಘಟಿಕೋತ್ಸವದ ಉಡುಪಿನ ಮಾದರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಣ್ಣವನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.

Suggestions invited on UoM Convocation dress model
Mysuru, Feb. 11, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The University of Mysore has invited suggestions from the public, alumni of the University of Mysore, and designers regarding the model of the convocation dress.
The Committee which is formed by the University Syndicate under the Presidentship of the Registrar (Exams) has invited the suggestions.
The criteria of the design and quality include clothing made using Khadi and Handicraft material as per the directions given by UGC and Hon’ble Governor. Those who are interested in suggesting designs are requested to keep in mind the culture and tradition of Karnataka State and the University of Mysore and suggest suitable design and colour.
The last date for receiving the suggestions is February 18. The suggestions can be sent on uni.conovcationdresscode@gmail.com or WhatsApp to 9986043711, under the title Convocation Dress Code. Suggestions can also be dropped in the suggestion box kept at the office of the Registrar (Exams), University of Mysore, read a press release.
