Mysuru, October 21, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): The Mysuru Lokayukta Police today raided the residences of various government officers and are inspecting the documents.
The Lokayukta Police conducted raids simultaneously at seven places in Mysuru, on the residences of Minor Irrigation Department Junior Engineer Rafeeq and his relatives. Verification of documents is still going on. Rafeeq is serving as Junior Engineer in the Minor Irrigation Department in Madikeri.
The police also raided the residence of Madikeri PWD EE Nagaraj, in Mysuru and are inspecting. The residence of Kushalnagara Police Inspector is also raided. It is alleged that Inspector Mahesh has continued in the same position though he has been transferred to the Intelligence wing.
The raids are conducted under the leadership of Mysuru Lokayukta SP Suresh Babu, DySP P. Malatesh, Pavan, Sanna Tamappa Wadiyar, Krishnaiah.
