ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜೂನ್, 25,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಡೆಲ್ಟಾ ಪ್ಲಸ್ ವೈರಾಣುವಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚೇನೂ ಆತಂಕಪಡುವ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಜತೆ ಇಂದು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್, ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಡೆಲ್ಟಾ ಪ್ಲಸ್ ವೈರಾಣುವಿನ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಸೌಮ್ಯ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ ರೋಗಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ರೋಗಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಗುಣಮುಖರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ವೈರಾಣುವಿನಿಂದ ಸೋಂಕಿತರಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯೇನೂ ಆಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಇವರ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿತರಿಗೂ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ನೋಡಿದಾಗಲೂ ನೆಗೆಟಿವ್ ವರದಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ವೈರಾಣು ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಆತಂಕಪಡುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನ ಜೀನೋಮ್ ಸೀಕ್ವೆನ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ವೈರಾಣು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಕೇರಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಂಕು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ್ದು, ಪಾಸಿಟಿವಿಟಿ ದರ 10% ಗಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕೇರಳ ಗಡಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಿಂದ ಬಹಳ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಕೂಡ ಗಡಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಗಡಿಭಾಗದ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು, ಮುಂಜಾಗ್ರತಾ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು, ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಒಳಬರುವ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರಿಗೆ ರಾಂಡಮ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಗಡಿಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚುವುದು ಸಮಂಜಸವಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಸ್, ರೈಲು ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬಂದರೂ ಆಯಾ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಚ್ಚರ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮೈಸೂರು, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯ ನಾಲ್ಕು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಜಯಪುರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 6 ಜೀನೋಮ್ ಸೀಕ್ವೆನ್ಸ್ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಡೆಲ್ಟಾ ಮತ್ತು ಡೆಲ್ಟಾ ಪ್ಲಸ್ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ ಇದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಜ್ಞರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
500 ಸಾಂದ್ರಕ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರ
ಸ್ನೇಹ ಚಾರಿಟೇಬಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ 500 ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್ ಸಾಂದ್ರಕ, 10 ಸಾವಿರ ಕಾನ್ಸಂಟ್ರೇಟರ್ ಟ್ಯೂಬ್, ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡರು. ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ 28 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮೊತ್ತದ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಗಾಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಗಳು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

Genomic sequencing labs will be set up at six places
Bengaluru – June 25, 2021; There is no need to panic about the Delta Plus variant of Covid-19 virus, clarifies Health & Medical Education Minister Dr.K.Sudhakar. he was speaking to the media here on Friday.
There are two cases of Delta plus variant, one in Bengaluru and the other in Mysuru. Both are having mild symptoms. The one in Mysuru is completely recovered. There was no severity in both the cases. Primary contacts of these cases have tested negative. Therefore, there is no need to panic about these virus. Genome sequencing is being done everyday to detect nee strains, said the Minister.
There is surge in cases in Kerala. Positivity rate is more than 10% there. We need to be cautious as we share border with this state. Same is the case with Maharashtra. We need to conduct more tests in border areas. We have instructed the district administration to conduct more tests in border areas, said Dr.Sudhakar.
It is not appropriate to close the borders. We need to be cautions at Bus and Railway stations. 6 genome sequencing labs are being set up at Bengaluru, Mysuru, Shivamogga, Hubli, Mangaluru and Vijayapura. There is some difference in treatment protocol for Delta and Delta Plus variants. All these will be discussed with experts in the meeting with CM, he added
Handing over of 500 O2 Concentrators
Dr.Sudhakr attended handing over of 500 oxygen concentrators and ten thousand concentrator tubes by Sneha Charitable Trust to the government of Karnataka. Trust has assured a help of 28 crore Rs for Covid control measures. It has also set up a hospital for care of Post Covid patients. Minister expressed gratitude for this gesture by the Trust.
