Bengaluru, September 20, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): The dreams of the people of Uttar Kannada appear to realize soon, as Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai today gave ethical permission to establish a super-specialty hospital in Uttara Kannada District.
The first level meeting regarding the establishment of a super-specialty hospital in Uttara Kannada District was held today under the leadership of Health Minister Dr. K. Sudhakar. Minister Kota Srinivas Poojari, Shivaram Hebbar, and Uttara Kannada District MLAs were present at the meeting.
A proposal has been sent to the finance department for approval, and it is expected it will be approved soon.
Speaking after the meeting, MLA Rupali Naik informed that the State Govt. had given its consent to construct a super-specialty hospital in Uttara Kannada District. “The Minister has agreed and a suitable has to be identified. It is also decided to upgrade the medical college. Minister Dr. K. Sudhakar will visit the district soon,” he said.
