ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಾಕಚಕ್ಯ ನೆರವು ನೀಡಿದ ರೋಬೋ!
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, 23, 03, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): ಪಾಠ- ಪ್ರವಚನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೋಧಕರಿಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿ, ಕಲಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿಸುವಂತಹ `ಈಗಲ್’ ರೋಬೋ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥ ಪ್ರಾತ್ಯಕ್ಷಿಕೆಯು ಬುಧವಾರದಂದು ಮಲ್ಲೇಶ್ವರಂ 13ನೇ ಅಡ್ಡರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಶಾಸಕರೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಸಿ.ಎನ್. ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
ಶಾಲೆಯ ಬೋಧಕರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರು ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡು, ರೋಬೋದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಷಮತೆಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು `ರೋಬೊಗೆ ಹಲವು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದರು; ಹಾಗೆಯೇ, ಅದು ನೀಡಿದ ಉತ್ತರ ಮತ್ತು ನೆರವನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಬೆರಗಾದರು.
ನಂತರ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರು, `ಇದು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ರೋಬೋದ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸರಕಾರಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಬೋಧನೆಯ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ, ಇಂತಹ ರೋಬೋ ಗಳು ಇದ್ದರೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು’ ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.
ರೋಬೊ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕರಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಮಟ್ಟ ಕೂಡ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
21ನೇ ಶತಮಾನವು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಯುಗವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದರ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ, ಸರಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲಾಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ಕೂಡ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿಲ್ಲದಂತೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸಬಹುದು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಬಡಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ನುಡಿದರು.
ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ `ಈಗಲ್’ ರೋಬೋವನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರಿಗೂ ತೋರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ನಂತರ ಅವರಿಂದಲೇ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ಕೊಡಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಇದೆ. ಮಲ್ಲೇಶ್ವರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಇಂಡಸ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ನ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಸಿಇಒ ಹಾಗೂ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಲೆ.ಜನರಲ್ ಅರ್ಜುನ್ ರಾಯ್, ಮಲ್ಲೇಶ್ವರ ಬಿಇಒ ಉಮಾದೇವಿ, ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಡಾ.ರವಿ, ಶಾಲೆ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲ ರವಿಕುಮಾರ್ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದರು.
Now robot to assist in the teaching-learning process!
Bengaluru: Now the robot has entered the field of education also! The ‘Eagle’ robot which has been developed to assist the teaching-learning process was the center of attraction at the government high school, 13th cross, Malleshwara, on Wednesday.
The demonstration of the robot was witnessed in presence of Dr.C.N.Aswhatha Narayana, Minister, and MLA of the constituency.
The teachers and students of the school were spell bounded to witness the efficiency exhibited by the robot. They also wondered about seeing the robot giving appropriate answers to the questions posed by them and how it could assist in the teaching-learning process.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr.C.N.Ashwatha Narayana, said that It was desirable to place such robots in government educational institutions to achieve global standards of quality in teaching.
Further, he told, “Robot is not an alternative for teachers. But this assists teachers in their work. This will enhance the quality of learning among students.”
The demonstration of the ‘Eagle’ robot will also be made before Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai. It has been our desire that this progrmme should be launched by the Chief Minister. We also want to introduce this in government educational institutions in Malleshwara, Narayana told.
