New Delhi, January 5, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): The number of COVID cases is increasing in the country day by day. 58,097 new cases are reported across the country in the last 24 hours.
According to the information provided by the Union Health Ministry, the number of COVID cases has increased by 55% compared to yesterday, just in one day. About 534 persons have lost their lives in the last 24 hours, increasing the tally to 4,82,551. The number of Omicron cases has increased to 2135.
Yesterday 37,379 cases were reported. But today, 58,097 cases have been reported across the country in the last 24 hours.
The State Government has introduced tough rules across the state following the increasing number of corona cases. Several decisions were taken in the meeting held yesterday in the leadership of Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.
