30ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ದೇಶಗಳು ಭಾಗಿ- ಐಟಿ/ಬಿಟಿ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಸಿ.ಎನ್.ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥ ನಾರಾಯಣ
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: `ಡ್ರೈವಿಂಗ್ ದಿ ನೆಕ್ಸ್ಟ್’ ಘೋಷವಾಕ್ಯದಡಿ ನ.17ರಿಂದ 19ರವರೆಗೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹಾಗೂ ದೇಶದ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಶೃಂಗವನ್ನು (ಬಿಟಿಎಸ್-2021), ಉಪರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಎಂ.ವೆಂಕಯ್ಯ ನಾಯ್ಡು ಅವರು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬಿಟಿಎಸ್-2021ರ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಐಟಿ-ಬಿಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಸಿ.ಎನ್.ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರು ಈ ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿ, ನಗರದ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ (ದ ತಾಜ್ ವೆಸ್ಟ್ ಎಂಡ್) ಹೈಬ್ರಿಡ್ ಮಾದರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಈ ಶೃಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ 30ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ದೇಶಗಳು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿವೆ. ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನಫ್ತಾಲಿ ಬೆನೆಟ್, ಆಸ್ಟ್ರೇಲಿಯಾ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಸ್ಕಾಟ್ ಮಾರಿಸನ್ ಮತ್ತು ದಾವೋಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಿಶ್ವ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಗಣ್ಯರು ಸಮಾವೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.
`ಸುಧಾರಣೆ- ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ- ಸಾಧನೆ’ಯ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಬಿಟಿಎಸ್ನ 24ನೇ ಆವೃತ್ತಿಯ ಶೃಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ 75ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಗಳು ನಡೆಯಲಿವೆ. 300ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಈ ಶೃಂಗಮೇಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದು, 5 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ನವೋದ್ಯಮಗಳು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿವೆ, 20 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಸಕ್ರಿಯರಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದು, ಒಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ 5 ಲಕ್ಷ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮ ಆಸಕ್ತರನ್ನು ತಲುಪಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಐಟಿ, ಬಿಟಿ, ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಐಎ (ಗ್ಲೋಬಲ್ ಇನ್ನೋವೇಶನ್ ಅಲೈಯನ್ಸ್) ವಿಭಾಗಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಟಿಎಸ್-2021 ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ, ಹೈಬ್ರಿಡ್ ಮಲ್ಟಿಕ್ಲೌಡ್ ಜಗತ್ತು, ಮಹಿಳಾ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು, ಸೆಲ್ ಥೆರಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀನ್ ಎಡಿಟಿಂಗ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಪ್ರವರ್ಧಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ-ಸಂವಾದಗಳು ನಡೆಯಲಿವೆ.
ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಕಾರದ ಐಟಿ ವಿಷನ್ ಗ್ರೂಪಿನ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ ಗೋಪಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣನ್, ಬಿಟಿ ವಿಷನ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥೆ ಕಿರಣ್ ಮಜುಂದಾರ್ ಷಾ, ಕೆಡಿಇಎಂ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಬಿ.ವಿ.ನಾಯ್ಡು, ಐಟಿ-ಬಿಟಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಇ.ವಿ.ರಮಣ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ, ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಮೀನಾ ನಾಗರಾಜ್, ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಾದ ಜಿತೇಂದ್ರ ಛಡ್ಡಾ, ಗಣೇಶ್ ಕೃಷ್ಣನ್, ಬೀರೇನ್ ಘೋಷ್, ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ಮುಂತಾದವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ಭಾರತ-ಅಮೆರಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಭೆ
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಶೃಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ-ಅಮೆರಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆಯು ಬಹುಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಆ ದೇಶದ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕರಾವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ, ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮಧ್ಯ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಐಟಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಸಾಧಾರಣ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು ತಿಳಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್, ಜಪಾನ್, ಸ್ವೀಡನ್, ಜರ್ಮನಿ, ಕೆನಡಾ, ನೆದರ್ಲೆಂಡ್ಸ್, ತೈವಾನ್ ಮುಂತಾದ ದೇಶಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜಿಐಎ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಇದು ವೇದಿಕೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಸಿ.ಎನ್.ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ ಭರವಸೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಉಳಿದ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಹಯೋಗಕ್ಕೂ ಒತ್ತು
ಬಿಟಿಎಸ್-2021 ಬರೀ ವಿದೇಶಗಳಷ್ಟೆ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ನಮ್ಮದೇ ದೇಶದ ಉಳಿದ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೂ ಸಹಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವ ಆಶಯ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ `ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಇನ್ನೋವೇಶನ್ ಅಲೈಯನ್ಸ್’ ಎನ್ನುವ ಹೊಸ ಉಪಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಇದರ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಪುಣೆ, ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ್, ದೆಹಲಿ, ಮುಂಬೈ, ಕಾನ್ಪುರ, ಭುವನೇಶ್ವರ ಮತ್ತು ಪಣಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅನುಶೋಧನಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವ ಗುರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ `ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನೆಕ್ಸ್ಟ್’ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ಯೂನಿಕಾರ್ನ್ ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ 22 ಕಂಪನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪುರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆ: ಬಿಟಿಎಸ್-2021 ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಐಟಿ ಸಚಿವ ಅಶ್ವಿನ್ ವೈಷ್ಣವ್, ಸಹಾಯಕ ಸಚಿವ ರಾಜೀವ್ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಕೂಡ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಶೃಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಐಟಿ ರಸಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ, ಬಯೋ ಕ್ವಿಜ್ ಮ್ತು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಗ್ಯಾಲರಿ ಕೂಡ ಇರಲಿವೆ.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಶೃಂಗವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನದ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವಾಗಿರಲಿದೆ. ಇದು ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೀಮಿತವಲ್ಲ; ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರ ಕರೆಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ‘ಆತ್ಮನಿರ್ಭರ ಭಾರತ’ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದತ್ತ ಒಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ.

M.Venkaiah Naidu, Vice President to inaugurate BTS- 2021
Bengaluru: The annual flagship event of GoK as well as GoI, Bengaluru Tech Summit (BTS- 2021) also acclaimed to be Asia’s biggest tech festival, scheduled to be held from November 17th-19th in Hybrid format will be inaugurated by M. Venkaiah Naidu, the Vice President of India.
Addressing the press meet with regard to BTS-2021 on Tuesday, Dr. C.N.Ashwatha Narayana, Minister for Electronics, IT/BT and S&T said, the 24th edition of the event with the theme ‘DRIVING THE NEXT’, which will be held on four tracks of IT, BT, Start-up and Global Innovation Alliance (GIA) at a private hotel (Taj West End) is likely to witness participation of over 30 Countries, 300+ Speakers, 5000+ Start-Up Attendees, 300+ Exhibitors, 20,000+ Business Attendees, and overall Digital Reach to half a million tech enthusiasts with 75+ Conference Sessions.
The event which rides on the mantra of Reform, Transform and Perform will witness the participation of Naftali Bennett, Prime Minister of Israel, Prof. Klaus Schwab, Founder and Chairman, World Economic Forum, Martin Schroeter, CEO, Kyndryl, Senior Ministers from Central & State Governments, host of International Industry Captains, Government Officials, Noble Laureates, Visionary Leaders among others, Narayana said.

The Electronics & IT Track at BTS2021will focus on key topics like GCC, Hybrid Cloud, ESG, AI & ML, 5G, Media & Entertainment, Cyber security, Global ESDM market, and Skilling & Reskilling Fintech transformation.

India US Tech Conclave will be held in association with US India Business Council. The sessions under this will be addressed by experts with East Coast focussing on Life Sciences, West Coast on Start-Ups, and Mid America on IT.
India Innovation Alliance will focus on connecting various innovation clusters from different states with Karnataka. This initiative is hoped to strengthen the overall innovation ecosystem in the country.
BENGALURU NEXT Leadership Conclave will discuss the way forward and future for the city of Bengaluru, acclaimed to be as most dynamic. This will highlight how GCC’s will run in the post-pandemic world and how the Govt can help support these Captive centres.
BENGALURU NEXT Innovators Conclave- will recognize and award emerging Biotech firms that have shown dynamic leadership, exciting technologies, and standout contribution in their chosen fields in biotech like Biopharma, Bio services, Agribiotech, Med-tech among others.
During this Conclave organized by the Department of Electronics, IT, Bt and S&T, GoK and Software Technology Parks of India, 22 Unicorn companies (from the state of Karnataka) which are considered as innovative disrupters and attracting FDI’s from all over the world will be felicitated. By facilitating 22 Unicorns the government wants to encourage more home-grown companies to take the State and India global in line with the ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ call by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
