Mysuru, Apr. 26, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The number of Corona cases is increasing in the cultural capital of Karnataka, Mysuru. In the meantime, the District administration, Mysore City Corporation, and MUDA are jointly making preparations to start a new COVID care centre in the city to handle the cases.
It has been decided to use the Tulasidas Hospital, in K.R. Assembly Constituency as a COVID care centre. The construction of the new hospital building was completed recently. It was decided to make it a COVID care centre even before its inauguration. Kaveri Hospital in the city has voluntarily come forward to manage the new COVID care centre. Thus, the new COVID care centre will start functioning within a week.
In this context, MUDA Chairman Rajeev visited the Tulasidas Hospital today and inspected the preparations. MCC Commissioner Shilpa Nag, Dr. Chandrashekar of Kaveri Hospital accompanied him.
