ಮೈಸೂರು,ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್,28,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ನಗರಿ ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇತ್ತಿಚೇಗೆ ಸುರಿದ ಭಾರಿ ಮಳೆ ಅವಾಂತರವನ್ನೇ ಸೃಷ್ಠಿಸಿದ್ದು ಜನರು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವ ಎಸ್.ಟಿ ಸೋಮಶೇಖರ್ ಮಾತ್ರ ಜನರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಆಲಿಸಲು ಇನ್ನೂ ಮೈಸೂರಿಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿಲ್ಲ.
ಭಾರಿ ಮಳೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಮನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀರು ನುಗ್ಗಿದೆ, ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಣ ಹೋಗಿದೆ, ಮನೆಗಳು ಕುಸಿದಿವೆ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಜನರು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೀಡಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಇನ್ನೂ ಮೈಸೂರಿಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ದಸರಾ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಸೋಮಶೇಖರ್ ವಾಸ್ತವ್ಯ ಹೂಡಿದ್ದರು. ದಸರಾ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಚಿವರ ದಂಡೇ ಮೈಸೂರಿಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.
ಮಳೆಯಿಂದ ಜನಜೀವ ಅಸ್ತವ್ಯಸ್ಥಗೊಂಡಿದೆ ಆದರೆ ಸಚಿವ ಎಸ್ .ಟಿ ಸೋಮಶೇಖರ್ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇತ್ತ ತಿರುಗಿಯೂ ನೋಡಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಮೈಸೂರಿಗರು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಖುದ್ದು ಜನರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಆಲಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲೊದ್ರು..? ದಸರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದ ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ವಾ.? ಇನ್ನಾದರೂ ಬರ್ತಾರ ಸಚಿವರು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಮೂಡಿದೆ.
ಮಳೆ ಹಾನಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಶಾಸಕ
ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಳೆ ಹಾನಿ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆ, ತಮ್ಮ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಮಳೆ ಹಾನಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಸಕ ಎಸ್.ಎ ರಾಮದಾಸ್ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದರು. ಸಿದ್ದಾರ್ಥ ಬಡಾವಣೆ ಚಿನ್ನಗಿರಿಕೊಪ್ಪಲು, ಕುವೆಂಪು ನಗರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಭಾಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಾಸಕ ಎಸ್.ಎ ರಾಮದಾಸ್ ಮಳೆಹಾನಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಖುದ್ದು ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಹಾನಿಯ ವಿವರ ಪಡೆದರು. ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

Rains cause havoc in Mysuru: District In-charge Minister absent
Mysuru, October 28, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Incessant rains that lashed the cultural city of the State Mysuru have caused havoc, causing a lot of trouble to the citizens. But the District In-charge Minister S.T. Somashekar has still not turned out to address the grievances of the citizens.
Due to the incessant rains, several houses in low-lying areas were inundated with rainwater. While one person lost his life, several houses collapsed. But the District In-charge Minister is not to be seen. The District In-charge Minister was staying in Mysuru during Dasara.
The citizens have expressed their ire on the District In-charge Minister for his absence despite rains causing so much havoc leaving many people in the lurch.
Meanwhile, K.R. constituency MLA S.A. Ramadas visited the rain-hit areas, including Siddartha layout, Chinnagirikoppalu, Kuvempunagara, etc., and took note of the loss that occurred. He also instructed officials concerned to provide necessary relief.
