ದಿನೇಶ್ ಕಲ್ಲಹಳ್ಳಿ ಇಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಭದ್ರತೆ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣ ನೀಡಿ ಇಂದು ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದಿರಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ನನಗೆ ಜೀವ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಇದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಭದ್ರತೆಯೂ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ನಾನಿಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ಹೋಗೋದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 9 ರಂದು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಕಬ್ಬನ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಕಲ್ಲಹಳ್ಳಿ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Ramesh Jarkiholi sex CD case: Dinesh Kallahalli decides not to attend police inquiry
Bengaluru, Marc. 04, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Citizens Rights Activists Committee President Dinesh Kallahalli, who had released the Ramesh Jarkiholi sex CD and who had registered a police complaint on behalf of the victim has decided not to attend the police inquiry.
Dinesh was supposed to attend the police inquiry. But he decided not to attend the police inquiry claiming that he has not been provided proper security.
In a letter written to the Cubbon Park Police Station, he wrote that “My life is under threat. But I have also not received any security. Hence, I won’t go to the Police Station for the police inquiry today. I will attend the inquiry on March 9.”
