Bengaluru, Dec. 8, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): Various organisations have called for a Bharath Bundh today, protesting against the new agricultural laws of the Government of India, and several farmer organisations in the State are also observing bundh.
In Bengaluru, protestors were found to be requesting shopkeepers and owners of commercial establishments to shut doors in several places. Protestors across the State have started demonstrating on the streets. Incidents of block roads have been reported from many places causing inconvenience to commuters.
The APMC Food Grains Wholesale Traders Association, Yeshwanthpur, K.R. Market Vendors Associations have also extended their support and hence all the shops remained closed. However, no untoward incidents have been reported from anywhere.
