New Delhi, July 1, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): Expressing dissatisfaction against suspended BJP leader Nupur Sharma’s derogatory statement against prophet Mohammed, the Hon’ble Supreme Court today asked her to apologize in front of the people of the country.
In its statement, the Hon’ble SC mentioned that the safety of the people of the country has caused concern due to Nupur Sharma’s statement. The entire country is under fire due to your loose talk you have set fire to the sentiments of the people. You are the reason for whatever is happening in the country.
The Udaipur incident occurred due to Nupur Sharma’s irresponsible statement. She also delayed in withdrawing it. She should apologize in front of the people of the country for hurting the sentiments of the minorities, the court has said.
