ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಮಾರ್ಚ್,25,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಕೊರೋನಾ 2ನೇ ಅಲೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಕೊರೋನಾ ಸೋಂಕಿತರ ಕೈಗೆ ಸೀಲ್ ಹಾಕಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಹೊರ ರಾಜ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬರುವವರಿಗೆ ಆರ್‌ಟಿ-ಪಿಸಿಆರ್‌ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ
ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿರುವ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್, ಹೊರರಾಜ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬರುವವರು ಆರ್‌ಟಿ-ಪಿಸಿಆರ್‌ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಿರಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ವರದಿ ನೆಗೆಟಿವ್‌ ಇರಬೇಕು.ಇನ್ನು ಕೊರೋನಾ ಸೋಂಕಿತರ ಕೈಗೆ ಸೀಲ್ ಹಾಕಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಎಂಟು ವಲಯಗಳ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 1,400 ಸೋಂಕಿತರು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಳೆದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು. ದಿನದಿಂದ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಹೊರರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವವರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕು ಕಂಡುಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕೇರಳ, ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ, ಪಂಜಾಬ್ ಚಂಡೀಗಡದಿಂದ ಬಂದವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಎಲ್ಲ ರಾಜ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬಂದವರಿಗೆ ಈ ನಿಯಮ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಸಭೆ, ಸಮಾರಂಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ 200, ಹೊರಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ 500 ಮಂದಿ ಸೇರಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗೆ ಒಂದರಂತೆ ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸೋಂಕಿತರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ನೀಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಕೂಡ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಸೋಂಕಿತರಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು, ನಿಗಾ ಇರಿಸುವುದು ಮೊದಲಾದ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.
ಸೋಂಕು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಯಾನಿಟೈಜ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯತೆ, ಐಸಿಯು ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ ನಲ್ಲೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ದೊರೆಯಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರನ್ನು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಮುಕ್ತ ಮಾಡಲು ಜನರ ಸಹಕಾರ ಬೇಕಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಕೈಗೆ ಗುರುತು
ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಂಕಿತರ ಕೈಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೀಲ್ ಹಾಕಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಯುವಕರು, ರೋಗ ಲಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲ್ಲದರು ಸೋಂಕಿತರಾದರೂ ಹೊರಗೆ ಓಡಾಡುವುದರಿಂದ ಸೋಂಕು ಹರಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲು ಕೈಗೆ ಗುರುತು ಹಾಕಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ರೂಪಾಂತರಿ ವೈರಸ್
45 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸು ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾದ ತಳಿಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೆಲವರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ವೈರಾಣು ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಅಂತಹ ಸುಮಾರು 700 ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ತಜ್ಞರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇದು ಬಹಳ ಬೇಗ ಹರಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಗಳಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಮುಂದಿನ 2 ತಿಂಗಳು ಬಹಳ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದಿರಬೇಕು. ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಬಾರದು. ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಕಂಡುಬಂದರೆ 20 ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿತರನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಎಂದಾಕ್ಷಣ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಬರದೇ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಜನರು ಗುಂಪುಗೂಡುವುದನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವುದೇ ನಮಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಚುನಾವಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದ ಕಲಾವಿದರಿಗೂ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾಯಕ ನಟರು ಕೂಡ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಳಕಳಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಅವರು ಕೂಡ ಈ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಕೋರಿದರು.
ವಿಕ್ಟೋರಿಯಾ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವರು, ವಿಕ್ಟೋರಿಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ 400 ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದರೆ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ರಾಜೀವ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಎದೆರೋಗಗಳ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ, ಬೌರಿಂಗ್, ಚರಕ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ರೋಗಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದರೆ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳ ಸಹಾಯ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಗ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದರೂ ಮೊದಲಿನಷ್ಟು ತೀವ್ರತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೂ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ವಹಿಸಲೇಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.

Hand-stamp on infected persons in BBMP limits
Bengaluru – March 25, 2021:
Passengers arriving from any state to Bengaluru must be in possession of RTPCR negative report, said Health & Medical Education Minister Dr.K.Sudhakar. He was speaking to the media here on Thursday after a meeting to review Covid-19 containment measures in Bengaluru city.
1,400 cases have been reported in Bengaluru, which is highest in last 4 months. There are spike in cases everyday. It is increasingly found in passengers arriving to the city from other states. As of now, restriction is for Maharashtra, Kerala, Punjab and Chandigarh. But now going forward it is applicable to all states he said.
A restriction of 200 people for functions in closed premises and 500 people for functions in open space premises has been imposed. Every ward is been provided with one ambulance. It can also be increased depending on the number of cases. Protocols will be implemented for care and treatment of infected persons, said the Minister.
Certain places which have high footfall and dense public places will be sanitized to control the spread. Information regarding the availability of beds and ICUs will be made available online. People’s cooperation is crucial to make Namma Bengaluru Covid-free. Said Dr.Sudhakar
Hand-stamping
It has been decided to put hand-stamp infected persons residing in BBMP limits. Even young and asymptomatic persons can spread the infection if they go out. To control such movements it is decided to stamp on hand, he added.
Mutant version of the Virus
Government has decided to give vaccination for the persons aged above 45 years. Mutant virus has been reported in India. Mutant version is found in 700 cases so far. As per experts, it spreads faster than the original one. Therefore, it is requested to be careful for next 2 months. We are tracing out 20 contacts for each infected person said the Minister.
Elections are not insulated from spreading infection. It is important to restrict gatherings. I will speak to Election Commission officials in this regard. We have also requested Cinema stars to join hands with government in this fight against Covid said Dr.Sudhakar.
After visiting Victoria hospital he said that 400 beds have been reserved for Covid patients here. We will increase the number of beds if required. RGICD, Bowring hospital and Charaka hospital will also be utilized for Covid treatment if required, he said. We have also spoken to private hospitals to be on stand by, though the cases are not as huge as it was in the beginning, they have to be ready, said the Minister.
