ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್,8, 2024 (www.justkannada.in): ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನಾಯಕರೇ, ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸುಭದ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ, ದಿವಾಳಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬುದ್ದಿಯೇ ಹೊರತು ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅಲ್ಲ. ದಿನಕ್ಕೊಂದು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾ, ಆ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಬಯಲಾದಾಗ ಮತ್ತೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಥಿಸಲು ಇನ್ನೊಂದಿಷ್ಟು ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತಾ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನೀವೇ ಬತ್ತಲೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿ ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ವಿರುದ್ದ ವಾಗ್ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿರುವ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷದ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್-ಜೂನ್ ತ್ರೈಮಾಸಿಕದಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ.10,000 ಕೋಟಿ ಸಾಲ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ದಿವಾಳಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬೊಬ್ಬಿಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ನೀವು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಾಲದ ಲೆಕ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವ ಕಷ್ಟ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೆ ಈ ರೀತಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗೆ ಬಡಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಹೊಡೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕುಟುಕಿದರು.
ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ 2020-21ರ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಸಾಲ ರೂ.84,528 ಕೋಟಿ, ಅವರು 2021-22ರಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ.67,332 ಕೋಟಿ ಮತ್ತು 2022-23ರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ.72,000 ಕೋಟಿ ಸಾಲ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಆ ಸಾಲ ತೀರಿಸಲು ಅವರು 2022-23ರಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ.43,580 ಕೋಟಿ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಈಗ ಆ ಸಾಲವನ್ನು ನಾವು ತೀರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೊದಲು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರನ್ನಾದರೂ ಕೇಳುವುದು ಬೇಡವೇ?
ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಬಂದಾಗಿನಿಂದ 2018ರ ವರೆಗಿನ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸಾಲದ ಮೊತ್ತ ರೂ.2.42 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ ಆಗಿತ್ತು. 2018ರಿಂದ 2023ರ ವರೆಗಿನ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಸಾಲ ರೂ.5.40 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಏರಿತ್ತು. ಕೇವಲ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಾಲ 3 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದ್ದು ಯಾವ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮಾವಲೋಕನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನತೆಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವಂತವರಾಗಿ ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಗುಡುಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನಾಯಕರೇ, ಈ ಆಡಳಿತ, ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆ, ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ವಿಚಾರಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಚಹದ ಬಟ್ಟಲಲ್ಲ, ಹಿಂದು-ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ, ಕೋಮುವಾದ, ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ, ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಲೀಗ್ ಮೊದಲಾದ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಜನರ ತಲೆಗೆ ತುಂಬಿ ಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆಯಿಂದ ಬಾಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಜನರನ್ನು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಸಂಘರ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಳಿಸಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಲಾಭ ಪಡೆಯುವುದಕ್ಕಷ್ಟೇ ನೀವು ಸಮರ್ಥರು. ಯಾರು ಸುಳ್ಳುರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಯಾರು ಸತ್ಯರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ನಿಮಗೆ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನೂ ನೀಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಹರಿಹಾಯ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

You, who are blabbering about the state going bankrupt because of a loan of Rs 10,000 crore in the April-June quarter last year, wouldn’t have invited us to beat you up with facts if you had taken the trouble to examine the debt records during your own previous government’s tenure.
During the financial year 2020-21, when your party’s Basavaraj Bommai was the Chief Minister, he took a loan of Rs 84,528 crore. The following year, 2021-22, saw an additional borrowing of Rs 67,332 crore, and in 2022-23, the loan amount reached Rs 72,000 crore. To repay this debt, Rs 43,580 crore was spent in 2022-23. Consequently, the responsibility to settle these debts now falls on us.
Shouldn’t you at least ask your own Bommai before making allegations against our government?
From the time of independence until 2018, the total debt of the state government was Rs 2.42 lakh crore. In the five years from 2018 to 2023, this debt increased to Rs 5.40 lakh crore. Within a span of five years, the state’s debt surged by Rs 3 lakh crore. BJP Karnataka should introspect about this and kindly inform the public about the party responsible for the debt increase.
Dear BJP leaders, it seems that governance, economy, and development are not your cup of tea; you excel only in filling people’s minds with Hindu-Muslim, communalism, Pakistan, and Muslim League issues, causing strife among peacefully coexisting communities for political gain.
The people of the state know who is ‘Sullu Ramaiah’ and who is ‘Satya Ramaiah’. They will accordingly answer you in this election.
