ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಮೇ,22,2021(www.justkannada.in): ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದಕ್ಕೂ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಕಡೆ ನೋಡದೇ, ತಾನೇ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿ. ಔಷಧಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಡಕಲಿ. ಕಪ್ಪು ಶಿಲೀಂಧ್ರದ ಔಷಧ ಎಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಈ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಕೂಡಲೇ ಔಷಧ ತಯಾರಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದು ಪೂರೈಕೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸರಣಿ ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಕಪ್ಪು ಶಿಲೀಂಧ್ರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಬೇಕಿರುವ Amphotericin B ಔಷಧಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದತ್ತ ನೊಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ‘ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಔಷಧ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹೇಳಿದೆ. ಅತ್ತ, ಇತರ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಯದೇ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಂದ ಖರೀದಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿವೆ. ಮಾರಕ ರೋಗದ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೇಕೆ ಇಷ್ಟು ಆಲಸ್ಯ? ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಏಕಿಲ್ಲ ಕಾಳಜಿ?
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ‘ರಾಕ್ಷಸ ಅಲಸ್ಯ’ದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹೊತ್ತಲ್ಲೇ ತೆಲಂಗಾಣ ಸರ್ಕಾರ Amphotericin B ತಯಾರಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದು ಔಷಧ ಪೂರೈಸಲು ಕೋರಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನನಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ರೋಗದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೊಂದು ವರ್ತಿಸುವ ರೀತಿ. ಮತ್ತು, ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಜನರ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಕಾಳಜಿ. ಆದರೆ, ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಏಕಿಲ್ಲ ಕಾಳಜಿ? ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ವಾರ 400 ಮಂದಿ ಕಪ್ಪು ಶಿಲೀಂಧ್ರ ರೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗುವುದಾಗಿ ತಜ್ಞರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಲೂಬಹುದು. ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕಾದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ, ಈ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಗೆ ಮೊದಲ 2 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ, ಸಾವು ತರುವ ರೋಗವಾಗಿ ಇದು ಪರಿಣಮಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಔಷಧ ಹೊಂದಿಸಿದೆಯೇ?
ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್‌, ಲಸಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದತ್ತ ನೋಡಿದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ‘ಇಲ್ಲ’ ಎನಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಅದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಜನರು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಗ ಕಪ್ಪು ಶಿಲೀಂಧ್ರದ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆಲಸ್ಯದಿಂದ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಕಡೆ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈಗಲೂ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿ. ಜನರ ಜೀವ ಉಳಿಸಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿಕೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್‌ ಮೋಸ, ಕಪ್ಪು ಶಿಲೀಂಧ್ರ ಔಷಧದಲ್ಲೂ ಮುಂದುವರಿಕೆ
ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸದಾ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಉದಾ: ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ರೋಗಿಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಆಮ್ಲಜನಕ 1.90 ಲೀಟರ್‌. ಗುಜರಾತ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ರೋಗಿಗೆ 10.95 ಲೀಟರ್‌ ಸಿಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಅಲ್ಲಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿರುವುದು ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ. ಇದು ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್‌ ಮೋಸ. ಕಪ್ಪು ಶಿಲೀಂದ್ರ ಔಷಧದಲ್ಲೂ ಇದು ಮುಂದುವರಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿಕೆ ಟೀಕಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

“The State BJP Government should stop watching and depending upon the Union Government for every small decision. Let it take its own decisions. Let the State Government try to find alternative medicines for ‘Black Fungus’. I had informed the State Government earlier itself about the availability of Amphtericin B, a medicine for black fungus disease. The State Government should write to the companies producing those medicines and request to provide the same,” his tweet read.
“More than 400 people are expected to fall prey for the black fungus disease according to experts. The numbers might increase. The patients should be treated within the first two days after its symptoms, otherwise, it might turn fatal. But is the State Government ready with the medicine? Even for oxygen, it depended on the Union government and as a result, people of the state suffered. Again they are committing the same mistake. Let the State Government become more serious and save people’s lives,” his tweet added.
