ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 6,2021(www.justkannada.in): ನವೆಂಬರ್ ಅಂತ್ಯದೊಳಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಯಸ್ಕರಿಗೂ ಎರಡೂ ಡೋಸ್ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಲಸಿಕಾ ಅಭಿಯಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ 23 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ವೀಡಿಯೋ ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್, ಲಸಿಕೆ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ವೇಗ ನೀಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ತಿಂಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಮೊದಲ ಡೋಸ್ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನವೆಂಬರ್ ಅಂತ್ಯದೊಳಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಯಸ್ಕರಿಗೆ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವ ಗುರಿ ತಲುಪಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ, ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್ ಘಟಕ ಆರಂಭ, ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮೊದಲಾದವುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಕೂಡ ಹಲವು ಸಲಹೆ, ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸೋಂಕಿತರಿದ್ದಾಗಲೂ ಸರಳ ಗಣೇಶೋತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ವರ್ಷ 0.7% ಪಾಸಿಟಿವಿಟಿ ದರವಿದ್ದು, ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ನಿಯಮ ಪಾಲಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 2% ಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಕೇರಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಬಾಲಕನಿಗೆ ನಿಫಾ ವೈರಸ್ ಸೋಂಕು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಈ ಸೋಂಕು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲೂ ಹರಡದಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಗಡಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಕಟ್ಟೆಚ್ಚರ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮೂರನೇ ಅಲೆ ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟುವುದು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾದ ಗುರಿ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಮೊದಲು ಅಲೆಯನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಬೇಕಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಅಭೂತಪೂರ್ವ ವಿಜಯ
ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಅಭೂತಪೂರ್ವ ವಿಜಯ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ಸುಮಾರು 25 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಬಳಿಕ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ನಡೆಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾದ ಬಳಿಕ ಈ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ಜನರು ಅವರ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಒಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಉತ್ತಮ ಆಡಳಿತವನ್ನು ಜನತೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಈ ವಿಜಯ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ದೊರೆತಿದೆ. ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ-ಧಾರವಾಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಲಬುರಗಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಉತ್ತಮ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇದೆ. ದೊಡ್ಡಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ನಗರಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಗೆಲುವು ದೊರೆತಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸ್ಥಾನ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ಚುಕ್ಕಾಣಿ ಹಿಡಿಯುವ ಕೆಲಸವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದವರಿಗೆ ಸೋತಾಗ ಬೇರೇನೂ ಹೇಳಲು ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಬೇರೇನಾದರೂ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರಣ ಇದೆಯೇ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಬೇಕು. ಗೆದ್ದಾಗ ಇದನ್ನು ಅವರು ಹೇಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸೋತಾಗಲೂ ಸೋಲು ಒಪ್ಪದಿರುವುದು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳಜಗಳ ಇರುವುದು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಗೊತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿಷಯ. ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅದೇ ಈಗಲೂ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

Dr.Sudhakar holds VC with DCs, ZP CEOs of 23 districts to review progress in vaccination
Bengaluru, September 6, Monday
We are working with a target to fully vaccinate the entire adult population by end of November, said Health and Medical Education Dr.K.Sudhakar.
Speaking to media after holding VC with DCs and ZP CEOs of 23 districts which are lagging behind in vaccination coverage, Dr.Sudhakar said that these 23 district administrations have been given a target to speed up coverage and complete first dose for all by the end of this month. Target has been set to complete both the doses for all by November. Progress and achievement on testing, setting up of oxygen plants and other civil works were also discussed, minister added.
Even last year Govt had allowed celebration of Ganesha Festival despite higher number of cases. This year we have a positivity rate of 0.7% and guidelines have been issued to ensure precautionary measures especially in public celebration. We will review the situation district -wise and issue separate guidelines wherever the positivity is more than 2%, minister said.
A 12-year old boy who was detected with Nifha virus in Kerala has succumbed to it. We have taken strict measures to ensure it doesn’t spread here. We also need to be vigilant to prevent third wave, he added.

BJP has secured unprecedented and historic win in Belagavi City Corporation polls. I thank people of Belagavi for giving opportunity to have a Mayor on its own. This is the first polls after Shri BS Bommai assumed responsibility as CM and the results reflect the acceptance of his leadership among people. People have also blessed the party in Hubballi-Dharwad and Doddaballapura civic polls. This is a vindication of Development mantra of both Central and state governments, Dr.Sudhakar said.
Opposition parties have become politically bankrupt. They have no issues to go to people. Whenever BJP wins they call it misuse of power. This is unfair and they must accept people’s verdict in the spirit of democracy. People have lost all hopes on Congress and today’s results have proved it again, Dr.Sudhakar said.
