Mysuru, Jan. 09, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): “The New Education Policy is critical thought and it encourages scientific learning. It gives lesser preference to marks and encourages creativity, interest, and communication skills,” opined Prof. G. Hemanth Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, University of Mysore.
“The National Education Policy (NEP)-2020 will provide more knowledge. Students, youth, and scholars are more important and all that we think and implement should be for the welfare of the students. We have to come up with new programmes so as to attract students. There should not be any difference between arts and science, and curriculum and extra-curricular activities,” he explained.
He also explained that the new policy will enable the students to learn coding, artificial intelligence, product network, cloud computing, data science, and robotics. It provides the special capability and efficiency detailed report.
