Bengaluru, Mar. 09, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Former Minister Ramesh Jarkiholi today clarified that the sex CD involving himself was fake. “I am not a criminal.”
He addressed a press meet in Bengaluru to clarify the sex CD which was released a few days ago creating widespread rumors across the State. He said that the CD had been made about four months ago and it was completely a fake one. “I am in deep grief, but I have been watching all the developments that are taking place. I resigned from the post on personal grounds. After resigning I returned to my native place and I don’t know what has happened after that,” he said.
“A political conspiracy is being made against me, probably at two places in Bengaluru, in Yeshwanthpura and Hulimavu. For me, respect for my family members is important, not politics. I like to thank Chief Minister B.S. Yedyurappa and former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy for instilling mental courage in me after this incident” added.
He also informed that a sum of Rs.5 crore has been paid to the girl. “I have information that she has been given two apartments abroad. Why should I complain about this? I will face the allegation bravely. This has become a strong weapon for my enemies. I won’t spare those who have made this conspiracy.”
