ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜೂ.14,2024: (www.justkannada.in news )ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ 35,000 ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ 10,000 ಅತಿಥಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನೇಮಕಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಕ್ಷರತಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ (ಡಿಎಸ್‌ಇಎಲ್) ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 49,679 ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಬಾಕಿ ಉಳಿದಿದ್ದು, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟುಹಾಕಿದೆ. ಹೊಸ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷವು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಜೂನ್ ಮೊದಲ ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ, 2024-25 ಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆಶಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಮೂಲಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಅತಿಥಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಭರದಿಂದ ಸಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ವೇಗಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಶಾಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು (ಎಚ್‌ಎಂ) ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ. ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆಂದೋಲನವು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ನೇಮಕಕ್ಕೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಲ್ಲದ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಅನುಪಾತ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ BB ಕಾವೇರಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, “ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ, ಗಣಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಲು ಕಷ್ಟಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿಥಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಎಚ್.ಎಂ. ಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ತಾಲೂಕಿನಿಂದ ತಾಲೂಕಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಉಪ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು (ಡಿಡಿಪಿಐ) ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ನವೀಕರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಆಯುಕ್ತೆ ಕಾವೇರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಮಂಜೂರಾದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಅತಿಥಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಶೀಘ್ರವೇ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಎಚ್‌ಎಂಗಳು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಗೌರವಧನ ಮಾಸಿಕ 10,000 ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ 10,500 ರೂ. ನಿಗಧಿ ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
