Bengaluru, January 03 : Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that BJP is protesting only for politics regarding the arrest of karsevaks in Hubballi. Our government will not indulge in politics of hatred, he said.
He was speaking to the media at the his Home Office Krishna today.
Reacting to the BJP’s protest today regarding the arrest of Karasevakas in Hubballi as the previous case is now being given life, the CM said that the BJP is protesting that the culprits should be protected and not punished. This question should be asked by the media to the BJP. Action is being taken only against those who have committed the crime. No legal action will be taken against the innocent. He said, “I will not answer to criticisms and doubts.”

Answering the media’s question about the purpose of the Chief Minister’s visit to New Delhi today, he said that he is visiting New Delhi as party leaders are likely to hold an important meeting regarding the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in New Delhi.
