ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜುಲೈ 22,2023(www.justkannada.in): ತಮ್ಮ 40 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಇತಿಹಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ 14 ಬಾರಿ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡುವಂತಹ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಒದಗಿ ಬಂದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಇಂದು ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರು ಪ್ರೀಡಂಪಾರ್ಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿ, ವಿಧಾನಮಂಡಲದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸುವುದು ಬಿಟ್ಟು, ಹೊರಗೆ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವುದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಿಲ್ಲ. ವಿರೋಧಪಕ್ಷದವರು ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿ ಎಂದು ಮೂರು ವಾರಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಆದರೆ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸದೆ ಗದ್ದಲದಲ್ಲೇ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ವ್ಯರ್ಥಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ನಡವಳಿಕೆ ಸರಿಯಿರದಿದ್ದ ಕಾರಣ , ಸಭಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಭಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೂ , ನಮಗೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂಬಂಧವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ.ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿಯವರು ನೈಸ್ ಹಗರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಂತರ ಮೈತ್ರಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಂದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಿತ್ತು. ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನವರು ಕೈಕಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಸುಳ್ಳು, ಸಾಲಮನ್ನಾ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಲಿಲ್ಲವೇ , ಕಾಂಗ್ರಸ್ ಕೈಕಟ್ಟಿ ಹಾಕಿತ್ತು ಎಂದು ರಾಜಿನಾಮೆ ನೀಡಿದರೆ ? ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಯಂತಪ್ಪಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಅವರು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that in his 40 years of political life, this is the first time he faced a situation where he had to reply to the budget debate without the presence of the opposition party.
He was speaking to the media at Vidhanasouda today.
Reacting to BJP’s protest at Freedom Park, he said that there is no use in fighting outside rather than discussing people’s problems in the legislative session. The session was held for three weeks to allow the opposition to participate in the debates. But they did not come to the Assembly and wasted time in the commotion. Because of this misbehavior, the Speaker has taken action. He said that we have nothing to do with the action of the Speaker.
It is a lie that Congress had tied its hands :
Responding to former Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy’s claims regarding the NICE road scam, action could have been taken when the coalition government came to power after the Congress government. It is a lie that the Congress had its hands tied to conduct the investigation. Did the Congress not support other programs including the loan waiver scheme? He questioned . He should have resigned saying that the Congress had tied his hands. He said that it was due to his own fault that he lost the government.
