Bengaluru, May 6, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): “The partial lockdown or Janatha Curfew that has been imposed in the State following the second wave of the COVID-19 Pandemic is a failure,” opined Health and Medical Education Minister Dr. K. Sudhakar.
Speaking about this in Bengaluru today the Minister said that the lockdown or Janatha Curfew that is in force now has not worked as per expectation. “We will get a clear picture of the situation by May 12. The present Janatha Curfew also ends on May 12, after that, a discussion will be held under the leadership of the Chief Minister and a decision will be taken,” he added.
He also informed that the state will receive the vaccines by May 15 which will give strength to the State Govt. in its fight against the pandemic and the responsibility of its distribution has been given to 5 Ministers.
