ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸೆಪ್ಟಂಬರ್, 25,2023(www.justkannada.in): ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸೋದ್ಯಮ ಬೆಳೆದರೆ ನಾಡಿನ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಹಿರಿಮೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಗೆ ಚೈತನ್ಯ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ನುಡಿದರು.
ಪ್ರವಾಸೋದ್ಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ಪುರಾತತ್ವ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಾಲಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಂಪರೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ “ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ಮಾರಕ, ನಮ್ಮ ಪರಂಪರೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಗುರುತು, ನಮ್ಮ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ” ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಸಂವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ಇತಿಹಾಸ ತಿಳಿಯದವರು ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ರೂಪಿಸಲಾರರು ಎನ್ನುವ ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಆರ್.ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಯಾರೂ ಮರೆಯಬಾರದು. ನಮ್ಮ ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಈಗಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಸಲು, ಮುಂದಿನ ತಲೆ ಮಾರುಗಳಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮತನದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಸಾರಲು ಸ್ಮಾರಕಗಳ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯ ಎಂದರು. ಸ್ಮಾರಕಗಳ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಜತೆಗೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಕೈ ಜೋಡಿಸಿದರೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ದಾಟಿಸಬಹುದು.
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸೋದ್ಯಮ ಬೆಳೆಸಲು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಿವೆ. ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಸರ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ, ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಡವರೂ ಹೋಗಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವ ಕಾಳಜಿ “ಶಕ್ತಿ” ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಹಿಂದಿದೆ. 60 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಇದರ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಪಡೆದು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳ ಆದಾಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಗೆ ಚೈತನ್ಯ ಬಂದು ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ, ವಹಿವಾಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಶಕ್ತಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇಷ್ಟೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಳಜಿಗಳು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿವೆ. ಕೇವಲ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಸ್ಮಾರಕಗಳನ್ನು ದತ್ತು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಸ್ವಯಂ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಘ-ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದರು.
ಪ್ರವಾಸೋದ್ಯಮ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಎಚ್.ಕೆ.ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿತರಾಗಿ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್ ಅಪ್ ವಿಜನ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲ್ಕಿ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಅವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಪರ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಕಪಿಲ್ ಮೋಹನ್, ಇಲಾಖೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ವಿ.ರಾಮ್ ಪ್ರಸಾತ್ ಮನೋಹರ್, ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಎ.ದೇವರಾಜು ಸೇರಿ ಹಲವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ವಿಶ್ವ ಪರಂಪರೆ ತಾಣವೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾದ ಹೊಯ್ಸಳರ ವಾಸ್ತುಶಿಲ್ಪಿಯ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಇನ್ ಟ್ಯಾಕ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಬ್ರಿಗೇಡ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವೆಂಕಟಪ್ಪ ಚಿತ್ರಶಾಲೆಯ ನವೀಕರಣ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಲ್ಕಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಯೋಜನಾ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಘಟಕದ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಿ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸ್ಮಾರಕಗಳ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಲು ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಶಯಪತ್ರ ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

Bengaluru Sep 25: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that if tourism grows in the state, the cultural pride of the country will increase and the economy will get a boost.
He was speaking at the inauguration of “Our Monument: Our Heritage, Our Identity, Our Pride” campaign interaction and digital platform organised by Tourism and Archeology Museums and Heritage Department at Conference Hall,Vidhansouda today.
No one should forget Dr. BR Ambedkar’s words that people who do not know history cannot shape the future.He said that protection of monuments is essential to make the present generation understand our history and to convey the importance of our heritage to future generations.
If the public joins hands with the government to protect the monuments, our history and heritage can be passed on to the next generation.
There are substantial opportunities to develop tourism in the state. The concern behind the “Shakti” project is that even the poor should be allowed to go to spiritual and eco-tourism centers and temples. 60 lakh women have benefited from this and the income of temples has increased. The economy is gaining momentum and business and transactions are creating more jobs. All these concerns have worked behind Shakti scheme. He explained that it was not initiated just because of the election.
The CM congratulated the industrialists and organizations who have come forward with self-motivation to adopt and preserve the monuments.
Prashant Prakash, Chairman of Start Up Vision Group and Kalki Foundation attended the event as special invitees.Tourism Minister Dr. H. K Patil presided over the programme.
