ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ನವೆಂಬರ್,17,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಆಧುನಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ, ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ , ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳು ದೇಶದ ಕೃಷಿ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಒತ್ತು ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಉಪರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಎಂ.ವೆಂಕಯ್ಯನಾಯ್ಡು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
‘ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸು’ (ಡ್ರೈವಿಂಗ್ ದ ನೆಕ್ಸ್ಟ್) ಘೋಷವಾಕ್ಯದ 24ನೇ ಆವೃತ್ತಿಯ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಶೃಂಗವನ್ನು ಬುಧವಾರ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಉಪರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ವೆಂಕಯ್ಯನಾಯ್ಡು, `ಐ.ಟಿ. ಮತ್ತು ಬಿ.ಟಿ.ಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು (ಡ್ಯೂಟಿ) ಮೈಗೂಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ದೇಶವು ಶಕ್ತಿಶಾಲಿಯಾಗಿ (ಮೈಟಿ) ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೃಷಿಯು ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಸುಬಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕತೆಯು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು’ ಎಂದರು.
ಜಗತ್ತು ಈಗ ಜ್ಞಾನಾಧಾರಿತವಾಗಿ ರೂಪುಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಂತರ ಡಿಜಿಟಲೀಕರಣಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸರಕಾರದ ನೀತಿಗಳು ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಲಾಭಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮಾಜದ ಕಟ್ಟಕಡೆಯ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸಬೇಕಾದ್ದು ಮುಖ್ಯ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಶೃಂಗಸಭೆಯು ಇದನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿದೆ. ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಇಡೀ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬುದೇ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರ ಗುರಿಯೂ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಸಗಿ ವಲಯದ ಪಾತ್ರ ಬಹುಮುಖ್ಯ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯವರು `ಸುಧಾರಣೆ-ಸಾಧನೆ-ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ’ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನೇ ಮಂತ್ರವಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನೀತಿಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ವಿಖ್ಯಾತ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲ ಭಾರತೀಯರು ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದು ಭಾರತೀಯರಾದ ನಮ್ಮ ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ದೃಢಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ವೆಂಕಯ್ಯ ನಾಯ್ಡು ನುಡಿದರು.
ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮತ್ತು ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಭಾರತ ದೇಶವು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಶೀಲವಾಗಿವೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಭಾರತದ ಪರಂಪರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಸಾರವಾದ `ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸುವಿಕೆ (ಕಾಳಜಿ)’ ಎರಡನ್ನೂ ನಾವು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಧಾರೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಬೇಕು. ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆಯು ಅಂತಿಮ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷವನ್ನುಂಟು ಮಾಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.
ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಉದ್ಯಮ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಕ್ತ ಸ್ವಾಗತ: ಸಿಎಂ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ
ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, `ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮತ್ತು ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯ ವಿಕಸನಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕ ವಾತಾವರಣವಿದ್ದು, ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾದ ರಚನಾತ್ಮಕ ನೀತಿಗಳಿವೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಉದ್ಯಮವನ್ನೂ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು’ ಎಂದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಐಟಿ-ಬಿಟಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ, ಬಾಹ್ಯಾಕಾಶ, ವೈಮಾಂತರಿಕ್ಷ, ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ಸೆಮಿಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ಹೀಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲದರಲ್ಲೂ ಇಡೀ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೇ ಅಗ್ರಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಜತೆಗೆ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತ ತಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಹೊಸ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ಭಾರತವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಬಹುದು. ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ‘ಆತ್ಮನಿರ್ಭರ ಭಾರತ’ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಕನಸು ನನಸಾಗಬೇಕು. ಮೇಕ್ ಇನ್ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ’ದ ಮೂಲಕ ನಾವು `ಮೇಕ್ ಇನ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ’ವನ್ನು ಸಾಕಾರಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಎಂಬುದು ಸಾಧನೆಯ ಒಂದಂಶ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗಿಂತ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವವರು ಸಾಧನೆಯನ್ನೇ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವು ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಜನರ ಜೀವನದ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ತೊಟ್ಟಿಲು: ಸಚಿವ ಅಶ್ವತ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್
ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದ ಐಟಿ, ಬಿಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಸಿ.ಎನ್.ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥ ನಾರಾಯಣ, `ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪಿಡುಗಿನ ನಂತರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳು ಬದಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಈ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಬಲದಿಂದ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ’ ಎಂದರು.
ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಸರಕಾರವು ಹಲವು ಅನುಕೂಲಕರ ನೀತಿಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಐಟಿ, ಬಿಟಿ, ಯೂನಿಕಾರ್ನ್ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಅಗ್ರಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಹೊಸ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿಯ ಜಾರಿಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಮುಂಬರುವ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ನವೋದ್ಯಮಗಳ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗ್ರಪಂಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ನೀತಿ ಆಯೋಗದ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಸತತ ಎರಡನೇ ವರ್ಷವೂ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ತನ್ನದಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಐಟಿ ರಫ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವು ದೇಶದ ಶೇ.40ರಷ್ಟು ಕೊಡುಗೆಯ ಸಿಂಹಪಾಲನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನಸೆಳೆದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲ ತಾವರ್ ಚಂದ್ ಗೆಹ್ಲೋಟ್, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಚಿವ ಮುರುಗೇಶ್ ನಿರಾಣಿ, ಐಟಿ-ಬಿಟಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಇ.ವಿ.ರಮಣ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ, ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಮೀನಾ ನಾಗರಾಜ್, ಐಟಿ, ಬಿಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟಪ್ ವಿಷನ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ ಗೋಪಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣನ್, ಕಿರಣ್ ಮಜುಂದಾರ್ ಷಾ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಮತ್ತಿತರರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ -ನಫ್ತಾಲಿ ಬೆನೆಟ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ನ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತದ ಕಲ್ಪನೆ ಎರಡೂ ಸೇರಿದರೆ ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಎರಡೂ ದೇಶಗಳು ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡು ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಂಡುಹಿಡಿಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಯಾರು ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆಗೆ ತೆರೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅವರದೇ ಮುಂದಿನ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ಎಂದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ನೆಲೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾನ್ಸುಲೇಟ್ ಕಚೇರಿ ತೆರೆಯಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಆಸ್ಟ್ರೇಲಿಯಾ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಸ್ಕಾಟ್ ಮಾರಿಸನ್ ನುಡಿದರು.
ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಇಡೀ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ನಾವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಟೆಲಿಕಾಂ ವಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕರಿಸಲು ಉತ್ಸುಕರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಅಮೆರಿಕದ ಕಿಂಡ್ರೆಲ್ ಕಂಪನಿ ಸಿಇಒ ಮಾರ್ಟಿನ್ ಶ್ರೋಟರ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

Focus on creating solutions to Agri sector issues: Vice-President calls on Innovators
Bengaluru: Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu called upon innovators and entrepreneurs to focus on solving the issues of the agricultural sector of the country is facing and create ideas to better the life of farmers.
Inaugurating the 24th edition of Karnataka state’s flagship three-day technology event ‘Bengaluru Tech Summit-2021’ themed ‘Driving the Next’ here on Wednesday, he said Bengaluru is at the forefront of India’s knowledge wealth and is rightly called the knowledge capital of India.
The Vice-President said it has become necessary to transform IT and BT “by doing our duty to become mighty” in creating knowledge wealth for the country. He added, ultimately the aim of technology and innovation should be to bring happiness to the people and their lives.
He said there is a need to share and care when it comes to knowledge and ideas which is at the heart of India’s philosophy.
Naidu said the summit should also focus on agriculture which is facing turbulence and the challenges that are being posed to mankind by climate change notwithstanding the ongoing pandemic that the world is undergoing.
“We should come up with new ideas through innovation to encourage the growth of knowledge economy and ensure that we reform and perform better to transform India into the new economy,” the vice-president said.
Vice-President called upon private entrepreneurs to create jobs in the new economy even as government initiatives were crucial to its growth.
He started his speech in Kannada and later switched over to English after uttering quite a few sentences in the local language. In the beginning, he paid condolences to departed Kannada actor Puneet Rajkumar.
Earlier, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said, “man is an innovator and the creator of man is a greater innovator as man is blessed with intelligence, independence, capability to travel in space at the speed of light and sound and also the ability to express himself better.”
He said the sky is not the limit in today’s world as far as technology and innovation are concerned. He said there is a need to think as an individual, as a country, and as a group of innovators.
The chief minister said the use of technology should reach the common man and the poorest of the poor and he pointed out the government of Karnataka is committed to ensuring that ‘Make in Karnataka’ is adopted to contribute to the ‘Make in India’ concept.
Minister for IT & BT, science & technology Dr.C.N.Ashwath Narayan said, Bengaluru is the hub of future technologies and Karnataka state is the leader in IT, BT and is truly the knowledge capital of India. He said Karnataka is the first state to implement the National Education Policy and expressed confidence that the new policy will take the state to newer heights. He also expressed happiness technology is now reaching other cities of Karnataka.
Prime Minister of Israel Naftali Bennett said in his virtual address that the future belongs to the innovators. Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison who also attended the event virtually said Australia is working on setting up the consulate general office in Bengaluru which will help forge stronger economic ties with the tech capital of India.
Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot also spoke on the occasion.
Several Industry leaders including Kris Gopalakrishna, Kiran Majumdar Shaw, Prashanth Prakash, B.V.Naidu, E V Ramana Reddy, ACS, Dept. of IT/BT, C.N.Meena Nagaraja, Director, Dept. of IT/BT were among a few who were present.
