Mysuru, Apr.10, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Visitors to the tourist places in and Mysuru including temples, resorts, hotels, cinema halls should compulsorily produce COVID test reports from April 10 to 20, according to Deputy Commissioner Rohini Sindhuri.
Addressing a press meet today she informed that the inflow of tourists and visitors might increase during the weekend as there are several holidays from April 10. Though there are no restrictions to visit tourist places, the visitors should compulsorily produce COVID test reports.
“Corona cases are increasing in the city and hence taking permission to conduct weddings and other auspicious functions has been made mandatory. It would be better to bring RTPCR reports for those who are coming from Bengaluru,” she informed.
She also requested the citizens to be extra careful as the cases of fatality is increasing and requested to stop behaving irresponsibly.
