ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಮಾರ್ಚ್,18,2024(www.justkannada.in): ಕಾವೇರಿ, ಕಬಿನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಇರುವಷ್ಟು ನೀರನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಜೂನ್ ಅಂತ್ಯದವರೆಗೂ ಸಾಕಾಗುವಷ್ಟು ನೀರನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. KRS ನಲ್ಲಿ 11.02, ಕಬಿನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 9.02 ಟಿಎಂಸಿ ನೀರು ಸಂಗ್ರಹವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಸುದೀರ್ಘವಾಗಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಬಳಿಕ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಿಷ್ಟು..
14000 ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಬೋರ್ ವೆಲ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 6900 ಬತ್ತಿವೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ನೀರಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. 110 ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 55 ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಜೂನ್ ಅಂತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾವೇರಿ 5 ನೇ ಹಂತದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಗಿ 775 MLD ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ನೀರು ಸಿಗತ್ತೆ. ಇದು 110 ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಆಗ್ತದೆ. 313 ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಬೋರ್ ವೆಲ್ ಕೊರೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. 1200 ನಿಷ್ಕ್ರಿಯ ಬೋರ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಮರುಜೀವ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಕೊಳೆಗೇರಿ, ಎತ್ತರದ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೋರ್ ವೆಲ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವಲಂಬಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ KMF ಸೇರಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಕಂಟ್ರೋಲ್ ರೂಮ್ ಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ವಿಸಿ ದೂರು‌ಬಂದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಆ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮಾಡಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಟಾಸ್ಕ್ ಫೋರ್ಸ್ ಹೆಚ್ವಿಸಿ ದೂರುಗಳಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಲು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಬಳಸದಂತೆ, ಶುದ್ದೀಕರಿಸಿದ ನೀರು ಬಳಸುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಕೆ.ಸಿ.ವ್ಯಾಲಿ ರೀತಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕೆರೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬತ್ತಿ ಹೋಗಿರುವ ಪ್ರಮುಖ 14 ಕೆರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಭರ್ತಿ ಆಗಿ ಬೋರ್ ವೆಲ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಮರುಜೀವ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ.ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿಗೆ ಹಣದ ಕೊರತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಬೇಕಾದಷ್ಟು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ವಾರಕ್ಕೊಮ್ಮೆ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಯೋಜನೆ ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಭವಿಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂಥಾದ್ದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲೂ ನೀರಿನ ಕೊರತೆ ಆಗದಂತೆ ತಜ್ಞರ ಸಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ದೂರು ಬಂದರೆ BBMP, BWSSB ನವರು ಹೊಣೆ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ 500 MLD ನೀರು ಕೊರತೆ ಇದೆ. ಈ ಕೊರತೆ ನೀಗಿಸಲು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಬೋರ್ ವೆಲ್ ಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವಲಂಬಿತ ಜನರಿಗೆ ನೀರಿನ ತೊಂದರೆ ಆಗದಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ . 1700 ನೀರಿನ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಆಗಿವೆ. ಮಾಲ್ ಗಳು ಸೇರಿ ಖಾಸಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಇರುವ ಬೋರ್ ವೆಲ್ ಗಳಿಂದ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ತುಂಬಿಸಿ ನೀರು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಲ್ಲೂ ನೀರಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆ ಆಗದಂತೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ದುಂದುವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ಗಾರ್ಡನ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಬಳಸದಂತೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಳೆನೀರು ಕೊಯ್ಲು, ಬಳಕೆ ನೀರಿನ ಶುದ್ದೀಕರಿಸಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮರು ಬಳಸುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕುಡಿಯಲು ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 2600 ಎಂ.ಎಲ್. ಡಿ. ನೀರು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 1450 ಎಂ.ಎಲ್. ಡಿ. ನೀರು ಕಾವೇರಿ ನದಿಯಿಂದ ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ
650 ಎಂ ಎಲ್ ಡಿ ನೀರು ಕೊಳವೆ ಬಾವಿಯಿಂದ ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, 500 ಎಂ.ಎಲ್ ಡಿ ನೀರಿನ ಕೊರತೆ ಇದೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಳೆಗೆರಿಗಳು, ಎತ್ತರದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಗೆ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಯಾದ 110 ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಆಗದಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ನೀರಿನ ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಲು ಸೂಚನೆ..
ನೀರಿನ ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ 143 ಟಾಸ್ಕ್ ಫೋರ್ಸ್ ಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಯ ಸಹಾಯವಾಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 1916 ಹಾಗೂ ವಾಟ್ಸಾಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ಈ ದೂರುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಕೆರೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದ ನೀರು ತುಂಬಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಮಟ್ಟ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು ಎಂದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿಗೆ ತಿರುಗೇಟು.
ಇನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುವ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಬರಗಾಲ ಬಂದು ಐದು ತಿಂಗಳಾಯ್ತು. ಮೋದಿಯವರು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಪೈಸೆ ಹಣ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ. ಏಕೆ? 18, 171 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಬರ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಹಣ ಕೇಳಿದ್ವಿ . ಒಂದು ರೂಪಾಯಿಯನ್ನೂ ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ, 48 ಸಾವಿರ ಹೆಕ್ಟೇರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆ ಹಾನಿ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಬರ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕೊಡಿ ಅಂದ್ವಿ ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಮತ್ತೆ ಮೋದಿಯವರಿಗೆ “ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣ ಇಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸುವ ಯಾವ ನೈತಿಕತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು
ಕೇಂದ್ರದಿಂದ ನಯಾಪೈಸೆ ಬರದಿದ್ದರೂ ನಾವು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸದಿಂದಲೇ ರೈತರ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಬರ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಬರಗಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನರೇಗಾ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದ್ವಿ. ಇವತ್ತಿನವರೆಗೂ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಂದರೆ ಕೇವಲ GST ತಗೊಳೋಕೆ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯ ಮಾಡೋಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇರೋದಾ ? ಎಂದು ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದರು.
ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಕೊರತೆ ಇದೆ, ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಆರೋಪಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ನುಡಿದಂತೆ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಜನರ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಜನರ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆರಳಿಸಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ದ್ರೋಹ ಆಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 20 ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಗೆಲ್ತೀವಿ ಎಂದರು.

Highlights of the media conference held by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah
We have enough storage of drinking water in Kaveri and Kabini. Sufficient water available till the end of June. There is 11.02 TMC water storage in KRS, 9.02 TMC in Kabini.
Out of 14000 government bore wells, 6900 are dry. Hence the problem occured. Out of 110 villages newly added to BBMP, 55 villages have problem.
775 MLD of additional water to these areas will be available after the completion of Cauvery Phase 5 work by the end of June. It will be supplied to 110 villages.
We are drilling new bore wells at 313 places. 1200 inactive bores will be revived.
I have instructed to use all private tankers including KMF in slums, upland areas and bore well dependent areas.
It has been instructed to increase the number of control rooms and supply water to those areas as soon as complaints are received.
It has been instructed to increase the number of task forces to respond to complaints immediately.
Instructions have been given to not use drinking water in parks and use treated water.
Instructions has been given to fill the lakes of Bangalore like KC Valley
It has been instructed to fill 14 major lakes that have dried up. This will recharge the bore wells with ground water.
There is no shortage of funds for drinking water. Government and BBMP are providing sufficient funds.
Officials meet every day and prepare an action plan once a week.
Steps have been taken to form an expert committee to ensure that there is no shortage of water in the future.
It has been clearly told that if complaints are recieved BBMP and BWSSB will be held responsible.
Bangalore has a water shortage of 500 MLD. Necessary measures have been taken to overcome this shortage, he said.
People who depend on bore wells have been advised to take measures to avoid water problems
1700 water tankers are registered. Tankers are being supplied with water from private bore wells including malls.
Clear instruction has been given to avoid water problem anywhere
Public should not waste drinking water.
A warning has been given not to use potable water for gardens.
It is suggested to harvest rain water, purify the water and reuse it in large quantities.
2600 MLD water is required for for drinking and industries in Bengaluru city. Out of which 1450 MLD water is got from Cauvery river.
650 MLD water is available from bore wells and there is a shortage of 500 MLD water.
It has been suggested that there should be no problem mainly in the slums, high areas and 110 villages newly added to BBMP.
It has been suggested to prevent misuse of water and 143 task forces are working in this regard. An instruction has been given to increase the task force.
Complaints can be filed through central helpline number 1916 and WhatsApp.
It is directed that these complaints should be resolved immediately.
It has been instructed to increase the ground water level by filling the important lakes of Bangalore City with treated water.
