Bengaluru, December 21, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy has questioned the Congress party leaders for having a dual view against those who vandalized freedom fighter Sangolli Rayanna’s statue in Belagavi.
In his tweet, H.D. Kumaraswamy expressed his view that the incident that took place in Belagavi has raised a question against the national party’s commitment to protecting the interests of the state and the people. “Karnataka is just a vote bank for the National parties, they come here only during elections. Our people and our state are just like an EVM machine, and a treasure to fill the government exchequer. But when we ask for help during times of crisis like drought or floods we have to beg them,” he said.
