Raichur, Nov. 12, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): In a rare kind of wedding, a young couple in Raichur District entered into wedlock by taking a pledge to follow the ideals laid down by Buddha, Basava, Ambedkar and Jyothibai Phule, and reading the Constitution Preamble and exchanging garlands.
While the groom Dharmaraj, who is a theater artiste hails from Gonala Village in Maski Taluk, the bride Gowramma hails from Chikkakadaburu Village of the same Taluk. They entered into wedlock without the traditional recitals.
