Mysuru, February 24, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): “This is a competitive world, if you won’t compete you cannot survive. You can get success if you develop the courage to take part in competitions,” opined Prof. G. Hemanth Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, University of Mysore.
He inaugurated a one-day free workshop organized by the Dalit Students Federation, in association with the CISR, UGC Net, and IQAC, held at the Nalwadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar auditorium in Senate Bhavan, Manasagangotri campus.
“Continuous participation is inevitable to compete. If you read just for one day and sleep for nine days you cannot learn. That kind of study won’t develop the capacity you required for competition. If you want to become an SDC you should prepare for that, if you want to become an FDC you should make preparations required for KAS if you want to become a KAS officer you should prepare for IAS exams. You can reach your goal only when you think of achievement,” he said.
Mysuru City Deputy Police Commissioner Pradeep Gunti inaugurated the workshop. Prof. P. Madesh, Special Officer, University of Mysore, Dr. S.T. Ramachandra, Director, Student Welfare Directorate, Prof. N.S. Harinarayana, Director, IQAC, S. Maridevaiah, President, Karnataka State Researchers Association participated in the program.
